ABOUT
‘The Aerie’ is an over 55’s housing project with PBS Building and Lend Lease. It comprises of 92, single and double storey villas, combined with a self-contained clubhouse, boasting a heated pool, hair salon, kitchen facilities, and doctors’ surgery. The project was split into 3 stages, commencing in 2018 and set for completion in early 2022.

ABOUT
The Parks is a high-end architectural project, with Stage 1 comprising of 41, two and three storey individually titled townhouses with PBS Building and Stockland’s.

ABOUT
Belconnen Time zone received a full refurbishment of the Commercial kitchen and bathroom facilities. The project included upgrades to the trade waste, gas and water.
The upgrades were completed in January 2020.

ABOUT
Richman Pl Kambah comprised 8 individual disability/ ambulant compliant houses with PBS and CHC housing. The Hydraulic component required re-servicing two amalgamated blocks with new sewer, stormwater and water ties, and completing internal hydraulics. This project was completed in January 2020.
